I am a trauma-focused, relationship-centered, and strengths-based counselor. I work with older teens (16+) and adults, most of whom are seeking healing after experiencing trauma(s), loss, difficult relationships, and/or anxiety. I am EMDR-Certified and incorporate IFS parts work and mind-body approaches. I also provide EMDR Therapy Intensives.
Trauma causes our minds and bodies to get stuck in the threats and patterns of the past. Anxiety can freeze us with anticipation and worry for the future. Together in therapy, we will collaborate to help you see your strengths and create space to become more rooted and grounded in each present moment, with a new capacity to live every day meaningfully.
