Hi, I'm Katie! I work with children ages 8 and up, adolescents, young adults, and adults. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and supporting individuals on the autism spectrum (ASD). Having spent several years in school settings, I have a particular passion for educational and developmental challenges and love partnering with families as they navigate them. For adults, I focus on anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions — those seasons when something has shifted and you're figuring out what comes next. I also provide affirming, inclusive care for LGBTQIA+ clients across all ages.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, & strengths-based. I specialize in eating disorders — including restrictive eating, binge-purge patterns, and ARFID — bringing both clinical expertise and genuine care to this work. Sessions may involve talking things through, structured activities, or play-based approaches. Whatever you need, we'll find a rhythm.
I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be yourself — not a test, not homework, and not one more space where you have to explain or perform. Whether you're a child learning to manage big emotions, a teen navigating identity and friendships, or an adult figuring out what's next, you belong here. It is an honor to walk with you.
