I am simply awed by every beautiful, complex person who has the integrity to walk into my office. I work to provide individualized therapy that is sensitive and effective. My framework is integrative, with evidence-based approaches including attachment, neuroscience, cognitive and psychodynamic lenses, systems theory, holistic medicine, and spirituality. I've trained in many modalities, but my favorite teachers are the people who've let me into their inner lives. People who endeavor to do therapy are indeed uniquely wonderful people. I'm a doctoral level psychologist with over twenty years of experience helping individuals, couples and families. I enjoy treating a range of mental health needs. I will tailor my approach to you. Our work will be a collaborative process. Most clients benefit from both talk therapy and other techniques (eye movement, body-based, and visualization therapies).
I'm known for working quickly. People describe feeling relief and support immediately, and graduating from therapy sooner than anticipated. My rate is $170 for a full 60 minutes. I'm in network with Aetna only. However, I'm happy to submit claims for anyone who may have out of network benefits, which is often effective.
