My passion for athletics and wellness led me to work in collegiate athletics and coaching prior to entering into the mental health and addiction field. I'm passionate about helping people and guiding them to overcome their most challenging situations and supporting them until they make their lives happier and healthier. I'm looking forward to educate individuals about anxiety, OCD, depression, PTSD and trauma, women's issues, life transitions, co-parenting, marital problems, addiction and behavioral/addiction interventions.
I work to understand the issues and challenges of your life, as well as the strengths you have that we can build on. Helping clients to overcome obstacles to their emotional well-being is the most rewarding part of my work. My clients are capable, motivated, but may struggle with overthinking, feeling stuck, being too hard on themselves.
In order to accommodate busy lives, I offer day and evening in-person/telehealth appointments. Current Openings Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays (telehealth only).
