Hi! I'm a Seattle-based counselor, working primarily with adult individuals and couples/relationships of all kinds. I believe counseling is a resource that can help people have a more fulfilling relationship to self and others. I offer a non-judgmental, candid, playful and curious approach as I support you in your process of healing, self discovery and acceptance. I particularly enjoy working with relational issues, intimacy and sexuality, neurodiversity, non-monogamy, LGBTQIA+ folx, identity exploration, and the effects of trauma.
My work is grounded in social justice. I believe that who you have become - your identities, worldview, and how you relate to others - has been shaped by the world around you. Each person is unique and complex. Our work together will honor your individuality as I seek to understand your challenges in context of your lived experiences and identities.
Finding the right therapist can certainly be challenging. I offer a free, 20-minute phone consultation. Please reach out. I look forward to joining you in your journey towards healing and acceptance.
