You’re not alone. We all need a little help sometimes and therapy can offer a path toward healing, renewed perspective, and meaningful change. I’m passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their self-worth, navigate life’s challenges, and show up more fully in their lives. My goal is that, through our work together, you’ll regain a sense of authority over your life and move toward healing and growth.
I use a mind-body approach to therapy, currently obtaining certification in Somatic Experiencing (SE), a body-based trauma therapy that helps release stored tension and supports nervous system regulation. I am also trained in EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Trauma-Focused CBT, along with Enhanced CBT-E for binge eating disorders.
I take a collaborative, person-centered, and nonjudgmental approach, meeting you where you are and walking with you at your pace. Therapy is a brave step toward something better and I’m honored to support you on that journey. I offer in person therapy in Grand Forks and online throughout ND, MN, and Wisconsin.
