Whether it be you, your child, or your family, life's challenges can be daunting when taken on alone. My goal is to make it so you don't feel alone, and to be helping hand as you navigate these problems. I am most passionate in helping clients define what a “life worth living” means for them. I have worked with individuals of all backgrounds and developmental stages in addressing past trauma, developing healthy relationships, and building communication skills. I am also committed to continually developing her awareness of how power, privilege, and systemic injustice interact to impact her clients.
Prior to going into outpatient therapy, my experience included working with youth, adults, and families in inpatient settings and in schools. Through this I have learned to work collaboratively to make folks feel empowered and supported.
