I work with kids, teens, and their families in East Rochester, NY. Many of the children and families I support are navigating challenges related to anxiety, ADHD, depression, OCD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
With over a decade of experience working as a school counselor, I’m especially comfortable helping when school stress, behavior, and emotions start to overlap—whether that looks like school avoidance, frequent meltdowns or social struggles.
I focus on building trust so kids feel safe, understood, and supported, while also working closely with parents and caregivers. I tailor sessions using a mix of approaches, including CBT, DBT, solution-focused brief therapy, and play-based interventions. I also have experience with exposure and response prevention (ERP), an effective treatment for OCD.
