I utilize an electic approach to help my patients, consisting of: expressive therapies , CBT ( cognitive behavorial therapy), DBT ( dialectal behavioral therapy), play therapy and EMDR. I am constantly investing in learning the most evidenced- based practices to help patients heal. I think humor is an essential part of therapy!
