I have the belief that life is a continuous learning process, and each experience has a meaning. However, our minds do not always know how to navigate everyday challenges assertively. My approach is eclectic, humanistic, and integrative. My message is to accompany you to transcend the experience, make you feel in control of your own life, have quality relationships, and encourage you to make the changes you expect.
