About
Hello, I appreciate your being here. Asking for support can be difficult. Creating a safe and welcoming environment while helping you work through your challenges is one of my top priorities. We are all unique so having someone understand your situation and meet you where you are creates a healthy therapeutic relationship. I believe it takes trust to build a solid foundation and strive to be a reliable individual in your life.
I am a wife and mom to two children under the age of two. I am also a mom to 4 amazing “fur babies”. These relationships allow me to connect with others and genuinely understand the issues they are facing. In these roles, I understand the importance of being present and offering guidance through the difficulties life can throw our way.
I have experience working with individuals facing situations related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem/body image, and loss/grief. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental and peaceful environment for you to thrive. I believe in a mindfulness approach and the power of self-compassion to move beyond the limitations we often place on ourselves.
