My therapy is client-centered with an emphasis on emotional recognition. Focusing on behavioral change; enhancing self-management and problem-solving skills; increasing feeling awareness, and understanding oneself. My therapy focus is to optimize strengths; provide a safe environment to improve weak areas; and provide levels of happiness.

I have nine years of experience in the mental health field. I enjoy assisting both adult women and men along with couples to gain insight into their emotions and behavioral patterns. My focus is centered on helping people with depression, anxiety, developmental transitions, divorce, behavioral issues, and couples therapy.
