I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with over 4 years of experience working with adults and seniors seeking help with anxiety, stress, ADHD, depression, dysfunctional relationships, life transitions, and sexual dysfunction. While I work with a variety of people, my main focus is sex therapy. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Sex Therapy from Capella University. I tend to think outside the box and often incorporate coping skills or techniques that may differ from traditional methods.
I am passionate about assisting those who have experienced assault in working through their trauma to regain their strength and live the life they desire. I also enjoy helping couples better understand each other’s desires and needs. Although I do not work with couples struggling with infertility, I am supportive of them in other ways.
My approach to therapy is straightforward. I ask questions that may challenge you to push yourself forward and see real progress. My goal is to help you grow, learn, and trust the therapeutic process as you work toward a happier and more fulfilled life.
