Her work is grounded in compassion, clinical depth, and a profound respect for the individuality of each person’s grief journey. With advanced certifications in grief, loss and trauma, Bachman brings an integrative body centered approach to healing. Drawing on the principles of interpersonal neurobiology. She helps clients understand how the brain and nervous system respond to loss and how healing can unfold not just through insight, but through connection, regulation, and embodiment.
Bachman helps clients not only process loss cognitively emotionally but also recognizes how grief lives in the body and how the body can be a powerful ally in healing. Offering somatic tools, inner inquiry, grounding techniques and body based mindfulness. She works with clients to gently process pain, increase nervous system regulation and restore safety.
Bachman is particularly passionate in helping clients undo, cultural myths surrounding death and grief, myths that often pathologize mourning and leaves the grieving heart isolated.
