Hi I'm Kati. Congratulations on taking the first step toward seeking therapy — that’s a courageous and meaningful decision. My goal is to help you feel more comfortable and confident in your own skin. Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, or a feeling you can’t quite put into words, we can work together to better understand what you’re experiencing and create a path forward. I support clients in identifying healthy coping skills, building self-awareness, and developing tools to manage everyday challenges.
During our first session we will get to know one another. I will ask you a bunch of questions and learn what you want to work on and we can come up with a plan of how to get to your end goal. This is also time for you to ask any questions you have for me as well.
I describe myself as a patient person. I strive to learn when I don't understand something about a person. I like to identify client's strengths and help them to use them in their lives. I like to encourage others on a daily basis to better themselves.
