As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in providing affirming, compassionate care to LGBTQ individuals, with a dedicated emphasis on supporting transgender and gender-diverse clients. My practice is a safe and inclusive space for those navigating identity exploration, systemic challenges, and interpersonal trauma. I also work closely with individuals recovering from narcissistic abuse — helping them reclaim their sense of self, rebuild trust, and rediscover their inner strength.
