My services are geared towards helping adults navigate life’s transitions with confidence and resilience. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, substance use, and major life changes. I have a special passion for supporting military members, veterans, and military spouses through deployments, PCS moves, reunification, and career transitions. I also enjoy helping new and expecting mothers and college students adjusting to career changes, relocation, grief, or other significant life events in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
I use an integrative approach, combining evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused, and strengths-based techniques to create care tailored to each client’s needs. I provide a supportive space to build coping skills, gain insight, and create meaningful change through life’s challenges and transitions.
