Being a psychotherapist for the past 20 years has and continues to be a journey with people that validates my belief healing and deep change is truly possible. The therapeutic relationship which is a special and sacred connection is by far the most essential ingredient to real shifts in our attachment systems and long held unconscious beliefs about ourselves and the world. My background is mainly centered in Body/Mind experiential psychotherapy. I help people to slow down and bring mindful awareness to their experience. This allows us to study together what’s happening in the here and now.
Using a Holistic approach and my extensive training in Body/Mind therapies I help create new felt sense experiences which we now know through Neuroscience is how real change, new pathways and beliefs emerge. I bring my 20 years of experience, knowledge and skills but more importantly I bring my genuine curiosity, my heart and who I am to the process.
I have an extensive background in complex trauma but welcome whatever someone is bringing to therapy with compassion and non-judgement. If there is one word past clients have used to describe me it would be “real”. I believe that whomever is reaching out to me is meant to be. So if you are feeling drawn to me, trust your instincts. The body doesn’t lie.
