Making the decision to come to therapy is the first step to beginning your personal journey. As your therapist, I am passionate about assisting you in addressing your needs and in overcoming the barriers you face. I love integrating different interventions to meet your needs best. I believe in tailoring each session to each person regardless if you are struggling through a new life transition, working through painful experiences, or attempting to regain your life back from symptoms of depression and anxiety. My hope is that our sessions together will bring insight, stability, and peace within your relationships and life.

It is important to me that you feel safe enough to be vulnerable and honest throughout treatment. I do my best to ensure that I am easily accessible to all my clients and provide flexibility throughout treatment to ensure effective communication.
