Our work together will be suited to your needs. That is, one client may choose talk therapy, whereas another prefers the hands-on approach of energy field healing, and a third opts to combine both of these approaches. Regardless of the mode of treatment, we are always aware that the whole person includes body, mind and spirit and so will involve and integrate them as much as possible. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive, skill building, Gestalt, client-centered, guided imagery, inner child work, or energy healing depending on the needs and style of growth of the client.
Throughout therapy I operate from my trust and respect for each individual's own style and pace of growth which I work to facilitate. Therefore you will be in control of your own growth as you are empowered to take charge of your own life. My office is very private, comfortable.
I specialize in recovery from trauma such as sexual abuse and dysfunctional families. I also have lots of experience with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship problems, grief, assertiveness, adjusting to life's changes, stress management, spiritual direction, self-esteem and empowerment.
