Assisting individuals, couples, parents and families with the challenges of life is a privilege and a passion! Some of these challenges come from difficult and painful relationships we have with others but can even come in the relationship we have with ourselves! This can cause a loss of connection and an increase in anxiety, anger and depression. However, learning to manage and improve relationships can bring about significant satisfaction, confidence and joy. We are also often faced with the anxiety and fear of transitions and unexpected life changes. I am here to help you navigate these challenges!
My goal is to help you find hope, health and healing in your life and relationships! I became a certified Gottman educator in 2006 and have completed Level 3 in Gottman Method. Although I use a variety of methods, I have found that Gottman strategies and tools are tremendously successful in improving relationships, especially in marriage and in parenting!
