I am passionate about discovering my patients' unique strengths and challenges. I understand that reaching out for help can be a difficult first step when you feel as though the life you are living is not the one you envisioned. Perhaps you are struggling with one of your key relationships and you are feeling frustrated, helpless, and hopeless to change. People often face difficulties in their interactions with their spouse/partner, children, parents, and friends. I help individuals to reach their goals of greater hope, joy, contentment, and connection!
My style of therapy is empathetic, straightforward, and tailored to the specific needs of each individual. I strive to help people uncover and cultivate healthy coping skills, which then can be used to make meaningful changes that will enrich their lives. Your past does not have to determine your future!
I respect my patients as autonomous, complex, and unique individuals. Everyone should feel comfortable, safe, and secure in their therapeutic journey. Feel free to call me to discuss your needs and see if you'd like to come in.
