Using a client-centered, relational approach to therapy with a focus on mindfulness, I help clients identify and challenge learned belief systems related to traumas and life experiences. With calmer nervous systems, we can attune to our own needs, deepen our understanding of ourselves, and address life’s challenges from a place of strength.
