My focus is to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, emotional abuse, and the lasting impact of trauma. I specialize in supporting survivors of domestic violence and have extensive experience working with trauma rooted in childhood, relationships, family systems, and workplace environments. I also have a strong interest in helping individuals heal from religious or spiritual abuse while supporting them in exploring and reconnecting with their own sense of meaning and identity.
I take a collaborative, client-centered approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. My work is grounded in social work values, including dignity, social justice, and respect for each person’s lived experience.
I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can process grief and loss, navigate life transitions, and build healthier coping strategies while moving toward healing, balance, and personal growth.
