Through the counseling process you are able to uncover tools to help you become better equipped to handle the unexpected lows that may occur throughout life. One of my specialties is working with children and adolescents. I have a graduate certificate in play therapy and work with children as young as three. I love working with children and seeing them learn about themselves, as well as gain coping skills that will benefit them for a lifetime.
