My clients are anxious, depressed, people-pleasing, angry, or have had small or big traumas. Life has a way of dishing these out. If any of these sounds like you, then come for one session, and see if you would like to stick around for more. I use Eclectic (means the approach best for you) and Holistic (the entirety of you) approaches to assist you in getting back to where you would like to be, as quickly as possible. Life is too short to take too long to heal, to reduce symptoms, to learn new ways to live life. I use EMDR as a way to help unstick the things that stuck in you, and seem to hold you back. Ready, set, go....

My approach is Mindful, Holistic, Psychodynamic, Narrative, invasive to the Roots, and healing through to the end. Within the work, I incorporate EMDR to help lift any stuck stuff. I begin by learning about you, and then helping you know you, from the Roots. Where it all began, grew through, and developed into. It's a process. One I know well. Let's do this!
