Hello, I am so pleased you stopped by my page. Please allow me to share my heart with you. Beyond my credentials and the obvious that I’m a Licensed clinician, I am genuinely interested in who you are and your unique experiences that has brought you to this point in life. Sometimes, everyday stressors, relationships, inner conflicts, and other life disturbances leave us feeling overwhelmed and stuck in our pain but there is no need to remain there suffering in silence . It takes acknowledgement, strength and a certain determination to address self and pursue change. I commend you for starting your journey to health and wellness.
The approach I use allows the freedom to combine different proven therapeutic methods specific to the individual(s) experience, CBT, DBT, and Temperament Therapy which is a biblical approach to understanding mankind and our unique needs. You can achieve balance, experience hope and realize personal achievement through positive change and renewed focus.
The therapeutic process is about you and should be a safe place. I provide an experience of connectedness and a sense of belonging.
