Therapy is a personal journey that I feel honored to participate in with my clients. I believe reaching out for help is a courageous choice and I will honor that choice by providing a safe environment for my clients to express their needs, hopes, dreams and desires.
I work with adults of all ages. I have 20+ years of experience working with challenges that clients face including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and relationship concerns. I have advanced training (EMDR) for working with clients that have experienced trauma.
