I am a recently retired middle school counselor and a former special education teacher who specializes in working with elementary, middle and high school aged children, special needs included. I am able to help in many areas including anxiety, stress management, grieving/loss, behavioral concerns, school motivation, depression, ADHD, self-injury, and LGBTQ+.
