Taking a collaborative goal oriented approach, I walk alongside each individual, couple and family in the process of finding healing from the past, peace in the present, and hope for the future.
I am a Marriage and Family and enjoy working with both individuals and couples. When working with couples, I utilize the Gottman Method. I am also trained in the trauma therapy technique EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
As a wife, mother, and professional I know that relationships can be both rewarding and challenging, and that sometimes it takes an outside perspective to help navigate life.
