If you are facing challenges you never envisioned and want a safe place to talk with practical feedback, encouragement and hope, please call me. I see people who are dealing with problems and stress in a lot of areas- work, family, relationships, decisions, health. Some have tried substances for relief and now they have new problems. Others are in their 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's and navigating major life changes, loneliness, illness, a change in roles, loss, excruciating grief. Many are looking for a safe place to talk and are relieved to find someone who understands and who has even survived some of what they are living through.
My goal is to give you a safe place to talk, to be heard and have what you're going through be understood. I will support you and provide assessments, evidence based therapy with information, options and skills. My goal is that you feel better with lasting improvements in areas of your life that are the most important to you.
