My approach is gentle and down to earth. As a therapist, I provide a safe and caring place for you to express the full range of your thoughts and feelings as we work together toward realistic and sustainable life changes.
My clinical orientation is eclectic, utilizing a variety of techniques. My sessions are tailored to whatever works best for you and your own unique needs.
