These are troubling, uncertain times, and many people feel overwhelmed, worried, and alone. My clients often struggle with anxiety about finances, job security, and the pressures of everyday life. You may also have lived with long-standing feelings of anxiety or depression without fully understanding where they come from or why they persist.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and other challenges, often alongside a deeper sense of isolation. I provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can speak openly, feel truly heard, and begin to gain clarity, relief, and greater emotional stability.
I am a licensed psychotherapist in Florida, Illinois, Minnesota, Colorado, and Nevada, offering sessions by phone and Zoom. I use Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) to uncover unconscious beliefs and memories that shape emotions and behavior. With a psychodynamic approach, we also explore deeper patterns influencing your current challenges.
