For many people coming for counseling is a last resort in a series attempts to find relief from overwhelming challenges or for emotional and psychological healing. Most feel they have lost a sense of hope, meaning or purpose. If that's where you find yourself today, let me encourage you that hope is possible again! I believe all recovery and healing must take place holistically; body, mind and spirit. As a compassionate faith-based therapist, my focus is on creating a genuine collaborative relationship. I am dedicated to providing a respectful, non-judgmental environment in order to facilitate positive life change.
I hold a Master's degree from Nova Southeastern University. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a national board certified counselor. While I practice the "art" of therapeutic integration, the foundational therapies I practice are emotionally focused, cognitive- behavioral, and Christian counseling. Currently, I offer virtual services only.
In addition to my professional training, I draw from a lifetime of experience. I have been happily married for over 38 years, I am a mother of three married children, and a grandmother. I served alongside my husband in pastoral ministry for over 36 years. I’ve been a teacher and caregiver my entire life and I look forward to working together with you!
