I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in the treatment of mental health for 16 years. In a safe, therapeutic environment, I encourage and guide clients to achieve success using professional, sought after effective treatment modalities. I studied and implement a wide variety of researched effective, evidence-based methods in my practice. I specialize in working with children, women, adolescents, couples and families.
My philosophies are Faith Based. Treatment modalities include cognitive-behavioral therapy, DBT components, Gottman trainings I & II, psychodynamic therapy, family and play therapy. I wish to empower clients to overcome the challenges of anxiety, grief, anger, depression, family and relationship concerns. Individualized and group counseling is offered.
