I am licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania. We work together to incorporate specific tools that assist individuals during the journey of change, transition, and mission and purpose in life. These techniques and tools become resources to reduce anxiety and symptoms of depression. We work together to move from the overwhelming feelings of being stuck in the same old cycles to new strategies and long term life change. Quality of life is the goal.
