Path to Peace: Daughters’ Healing & Growth
Path to Peace: Daughters’ Healing and Growth is an eight-module program aimed at helping daughters understand and accept the limitations of their mothers, particularly those who may be controlling, judgmental, and lacking in empathy. This program is designed to empower participants to heal emotionally, build self-esteem, set healthy boundaries, and create a fulfilling life with compassion and respect for themselves and their mothers. This group meets virtually and in person.
