Childhood trauma, substance abuse, and underdeveloped psychological coping skills can wreak havoc on an individual's life. Processing trauma is an important part of my practice--with the goal of unburdening an individual's taxed emotional state--in order to facilitate healing.
Emotional security is paramount to an individual being able to open up and talk about what he or she fears, desires, or even, to share something that has never been shared before. It is my commitment to my clients to link science and compassion in an effort to promote the best possible mental health outcomes.
