Kathy specializes in treating issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress related conditions, relational problems. I am a licensed clinical social worker I am highly experienced in working with children ages three and up, working with families, and adults. Extensive work with the military. I strive to create a safe space to facilitate healing and hope To seek therapy is courageous. It can be challenging to admit you are overwhelmed and struggling with any issue. Not everyone is informed on how to cope effectively and meet your own personal goals. You are not alone.
My specialty is to assist individuals with solving issues that are interfering with their quality of life. This includes anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, women's issues, family conflict, family therapy, and separation and divorce.
I work with military spouses, children you face many challenges with deployments, training, working late, and other challenges that goes along with military life. I also work with I have years of experience and I provide a safe calming environment where you can learn new ways of coping with anxiety, depression, stress,and relationship issues.
