About
Being listened to and understood is apart of all of our desires and achieving this, for you, is my goal as a counselor. I believe counseling is obtaining help and encouragement to work towards personal discoveries that develops one small decision, followed by one small intentional act, repented over and over to gain personal well- being. To be able to live the rest of our life in peace, and satisfaction. To have peace of mind of who you are and a sense of well-being.
I work with teens, adults, and couples with experience in a wide verity of difficulties. Be it an adjustment to life's changes or a tragic, traumatic event. Perhaps wanting to change a habits, work on relationships, or legal challenges, we can work together!
Remember, this is your time, your space, we work on what you bring to the session. I am here to listen, build a working relationship that helps you achieve your desires, build your confidence and maintaining your autonomy.
