As a skilled integrative therapist, I first focus on getting to know you and listening carefully for the desired changes. As we are all individuals, I will propose a plan that honors your unique style and issues and at the same time, offer treatments that are effective, ethical, and gentle.
I hold a doctorate in clinical psychology and have advanced training in Integrative Wellness, Grief Recovery, EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, several models of couples therapy, and am a Certified Enneagram Teacher. I specialize treatments for depression, anxiety, phobias, trauma, and grief for adult individuals and couples.
Each client receives a comprehensive wellness assessment during the initial intake sessions. This allows us to take into consideration the entire holistic experience of your functioning.
