About
If you want to get to the "why" of your addiction, get farther from the "want" of your addiction. I specialize in helping individuals gain tools to reduce the "want" and then find space to understand the "why". If you only have the hope for hope, that is a good enough place to start.
After working 20 years in the world of business, I finally found what brought me joy - helping others to improve their lives. I love working with individuals and couples motivated to discover new ways of seeing themselves and the world around them.
Healing from sexual addiction or betrayal trauma is best done with a holistic approach. That's why we have built a program that focuses on treatment that includes mindfulness, individual and group therapy. By incorporating all of these elements we have found that individuals have the greatest chance for success.
