Life offers us many obstacles along the way and it is my practice to walk with my clients through dark days and confusing times to support new growth and balance in their lives. Over 30 years of practice has shown me that it takes tremendous courage to seek therapy and embark on the journey towards clarity and solid ground. I believe that therapy is a partnership between us built on a trusting relationship where we will explore both past and present life experience. We will work to help you find emotional relief, find solutions or acceptance to your life's problems, discover new possibilities for living your life, and help you feel calmer and more balanced. I work from a genuine, down-to-earth place and hope that you will feel comfort and engagement in our process together.
I have many years' experience working with people going through life transitions like divorce, remarriage, launching children. I have also run and supervised clinical training programs for young therapists for over 25 years, a part of my work that I thoroughly enjoy.
