I can assist you in reconnecting with your true self and learning how to use these hardships to develop the skills to carry you through your life. I have decades of experience & training in trauma, anxiety, depression and dealing with life's problems. I focus on the client's strengths, integrating somatic & mindfulness practices into their lives to deal with the difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to provide a whole-person approach to wellness. I am a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist.
