As a marriage and family therapist, I work comfortably with a variety of client populations: adults, couples, children, teens, and families. Having been an educator for twenty-seven years, I bring an informed and unique perspective to my work. Regardless of the age of my clients, all bring a story to therapy. My role is to guide my clients to uncover that story and help them to revise it so that they can live their lives as they choose and connect with others in a wholehearted way.
I specialize in couples therapy and have completed Level 3 Practicum in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my clinical work in the areas of assessment and intervention. Likewise, I enjoy and have many years of experience working with children and teens using a play and art therapy approach.
