With over 30 years of experience, I help people find relief from anxiety, depression, stress, and chronic pain (TMS). My approach is active, compassionate and focused on real results-not endless talk.
Building on Dr. John Sarno's work and informed by neuroscience, my mind-body approach can significantly reduce or stop-chronic pain. It did for me.
I also offer the Gottman Method for couples and Discernment Counseling when clarity is needed.
I bring over 30 years of experience helping individuals overcome anxiety, depression, stress and chronic pain. Therapy can be highly effective when it’s focused and active. Couples Communication Workshop (Monthly)
Are you and your partner wanting help to communicate? Would you like to stop arguing and have more fun together? Program consists of a monthly session that teaches the critical skills we need to overcome impasses. You will learn foolproof ways to repair conflicts, be clear about your concerns and increase closeness. Learn how to get your needs met more easily through skillful communication.
