I welcome the opportunity to assist you with your process of change, healing or recovery. If you are struggling with your relationship, mood, anxiety, substance use, or confusion about that next step in your life, therapy can be very helpful. I have over 25 years of experience and expertise working with anxiety, depression, codependency, relationship issues, grief, substance use disorders and family of origin issues. I use a relational approach that focuses on cognitive, emotional and behavioral change. I believe engaging in a therapeutic relationship is a profound way to heal and eventually make the choices to a healthier more peaceful life.
I provide a warm, nonjudgmental and safe environment that supports growth and change. I use an eclectic based approach which allows me to tailor therapy to meet your specific needs. I utilize a variety of modalities, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, recovery and relapse prevention and mindfulness based support.
