As a therapist, I hope to cultivate a relationship that facilitates change, wholeness, and health wherever you are in your journey.
I provide counseling for anxiety spectrum disorders, grief counseling, and faith/spirituality issues. I enjoy working with life transitions, adjustment stress, ADHD, OCD, and Bi-polar disorder. I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral (CBT), ACT, and solution focused approaches to therapy. I also do premarital counseling using the Prepare/Enrich curriculum.
