I use a person centered approach to look at you-as the unique person that you are. Together we will talk about the thoughts, feelings, and situations that make your life challenging. This may include experiences that have shaped your life. After identifying important issues, we can develop strategies to address these challenges. You are not alone!
Life is difficult. Often we were taught how to tie our shoes, to drive a car, or to add fractions. We were not taught how to handle difficult emotions I am here to help you talk about past trauma and difficult feelings. You no longer have to stuff them down until they pop out like a Jack in the box.
