My area of specialty is trauma and stress, where I use EMDR and trauma-informed therapy. I also work with individuals who have anxiety, depression, family and relational concerns. My clients range from infants to mature adults and family systems. My treatment philosophy is to seek to understand first, therefore I take the time to get to know each individual or family's unique experiences before we start therapy. How I work with individuals is tailored to their own needs and desires for personal growth and healing. I am available evenings, in person as well as by video.
I utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, such as EMDR, Trauma Informed Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, and Child-Parent Psychotherapy. These approaches have had great success in my practice. Making time to take care of yourself may be challenging when juggling family, kids, and/or professional responsibilities, so I offer telehealth.
I understand that change can be difficult. Finding someone to work with may be confusing and scary; therefore, I offer a 10 minute free consultation.
